Data Deletion Request<\/h1>\n

This page explains how to permanently delete your Glambu account and the personal data associated with it, including any data received through Facebook Login. You can exercise this right at any time, free of charge, under Article 17 GDPR and UK GDPR (right to erasure).<\/p>\n

Option 1 \u2014 Delete your account in the app<\/h2>\n

  1. Open the Glambu app and sign in.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to\u00a0Settings \u2192 Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap\u00a0Delete Account<\/strong>\u00a0and confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Your account is deactivated immediately and all active sessions are signed out. You have a 30-day grace period in which you can restore it simply by logging in again. After 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.<\/div>\n

    Option 2 \u2014 Send us a deletion request<\/h2>\n

    If you can no longer access the app, contact us through any of the channels below with the subject\u00a0\u201cData Deletion Request\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and the email address or phone number you registered with, so we can verify your identity.<\/p>\n

    We confirm receipt of every request and complete verified deletions\u00a0within 30 days<\/strong>, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been erased.<\/p>\n

    If you signed up with Facebook Login<\/h2>\n

    You can additionally remove Glambu\u2019s access to your Facebook account:<\/p>\n

    1. Go to your Facebook\u00a0Apps and Websites settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Find\u00a0Glambu<\/strong>\u00a0in the list.<\/li>\n
    3. Select\u00a0Remove<\/strong>\u00a0and confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      Removing the app stops any future data sharing between Facebook and Glambu, but it does not delete data we already hold. To erase that data, please also use Option 1 or Option 2 above.<\/div>\n
