How to delete your Glambu account

Please open the Glambu app, go to settings and click on «Delete account». All data about you will be deleted permanently.

You can also e-mail us at [email protected] and ask us to delete your account.

We manually delete customer information after you haven’t used your account for six to 12 months. Men have to send out an invitation within six months to prevent account deletion. Women need to answer an invitation every six months to ensure their account doesn’t get deleted.
